Multilingual content went missing from lefttree menu in CMSDesk after workflow - Approved
I have 1 site (Default content culture: English - United States) and other content cultures (Chinese - Taiwan, French - France). We only have 1 domain name. We have simple workflow, 3 steps: Edit, Published, Archived.

All the contents in CMSDesk is stored under Language: English - United States.

Now we are preparing for other language, therefore on particular page, from English, we click the dropdown menu to Chinese. The cms will ask to create empty doc or copy from default culture. We select from default culture.

After we edit the content in Chinese culture page, Click Save and Submit for Approval, the content went missing from left tree in CMSDesk. The English version also missing too.

The strange part is the content still inside the database but couldn't see from CMSdesk lefttree. How we know this?
In WYSIWYG editor, we click on "Insert/Edit Image" button, then we click on "Browse Server" button, it popup new window for us to browse for the file. AND we see the page is still there.

Could you advise us on how to make the page appear in left tree again? This also affect the page if we browse from Live Site preview.

Since this is very strange issue we haven't been faced before I would like to ask you to send us email at support@kentico.com writing us the version of Kentico CMS where this bug occurs.

Anyway it seems that it will be hard to analyze this issue, since when I tried to simulate it (in more versions) I still didn't came to the same problem. For this reasons it would be very helpfull for us if you will be able to send us export of your site so we can analyze the issue. You can export the Site via SiteManager -> Sites -> Export Site (tiny button left from SiteName).

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I had tried to Export but it return this error message "Error during temporary files creation. Original exception: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown."

Fyi, the manual backup of the SQL database is 900MB.

Right Ken,
in this case I would like to kindly ask you to send us the screenshot of the Tree menu as it looks now as well as the version of CMS that you are using. Granting us access to the online CMS would be also very helpful. Please use for this our mail: support@kentico.com
Thank you
