Can Media Library point to my S3 folder?
Subject pretty much says it all. My client uses S3 for files, but loves the Media Library look. Is there a way to intergrate the two?

Thanks for that Juraj. This addon mentions it is for Kentico 6. Have you tried it in a Kentico 7 installation?

This feature is part of the 6.0.18 hotfix.

This feature is already a part of Kentico v7: http://devnet.kentico.com/docs/7_0/devguide/index.html?amazon_s3.htm.
