Hi, when i add a new page in kentico is is always added as the last one in the folder although the "Sort subsection" is set to By date descending. Is there any default setting in Kentico that all new created pages are shown at the top and not at the bottom of the folder containing them?

Hi Christina,

Thank you for letting us know about this issue. Regrettably, this seems to be a bug in the current version. I am very sorry for this inconvenience. We will try to fix it in the next version or in the next hotfix package for this particular Kentico CMS version.

Hi Christina,

I found out Sort by subsection is actually not a global setting and is applied on the folder only once and it does not persist after that so it was rejected as a bug.

However, there is a way to set order of new documents the way you need in Site Manager -> Settings -> Content -> Content management -> New document order -> First.
