Tried already its not working ,

{%User.FullName%} is working but that is saving as emailid in cms_user table for me. any other ?

Which version of Kentico are you runinng? Because unfortunately, I've found that there was a bug with this issue in some templates. The latest hoffix will fix this. Best regards, Martin Danko

Kentico Customer Success	kentico_martind2 - 10/17/2012 8:42:24 AM RE:Reset password and Change password page Hi, there shouldn't be any problem with applying the hotfix, it won't overwrite your custom files etc. However, I would recommend you to make a backup of your site and then apply the latest hotfix.
