I can't tell when the creation stops, the next button is greyed out and nothing ever happens to the form. Using sql management studio I see stuff got created but how far it got I can't tell. The form just sits there for hours.

Hi,

On which version of IIS and SQL server is your setup running?

Did you follow the instructions from the Developers Guide:
Database setup and Configuring Application Pools as well as AppPool permissions .

Is your account for database provided with necessary rights?
