normal html editor

I've made my own document type. I added text field to this document type. I named this field description. Why can't I choose html editor for this field? I can only choose text input, textarea or BBcode editor. But, for example, user must have opportunity to select piece of text, then click "b" button and this text will be bold. How can I add this kind of editor?

When you select Long text option, you should see "HTML editor (formatted area)" form control in the "Form control" property.
