This question depends on several factor. The Kentico's side shouldnt be an issue and the system will hande such import fast, but what could be the downside point is the speed of your upload. If you are uploading the 216 MB at a rate 1MB/s then the import will take just a several minutes. However if your uploading capabilities are slower - 100kb/s then it may take even the hour mentioned.
