It will need to tie into memberships and events. I'm sure we will have to do some customization but I'm looking for suggestions on a solid CRM to start with. Thanks!

Hi,

We know of several CRM integrations with Kentico CMS, such as:

Sugar CRM
Salesforce
MS Dynamics CRM
SAP

There could be other solid solutions - it will take some research on your end to determine what's the most appropriate option for your needs.

Also, you are correct about the customization; fortunately, it is pretty straight forward when using the Integration Bus.

They use MS Dynamics CRM as a base and have built a solid Association Management Software solution on top of it.
