Kentco Sync issues while PrePROD to PROD environment

Hi,

We are facing lot of sync issues while updating the PROD from the PrePROD environment.

1) Newly added Kentico Template
2) one PDF file uploaded in PrePROD and wants to Sync to PROD was not working. It sync the document but the document (PDF) was not transfered to the PROD server

We did lot of tasks manually during PROD migration which was earlier thinking can be possible easily with Kentico Sync functionality.

Kentico Legend	Brenden Kehren - 7/22/2013 10:50:21 AM RE:Kentco Sync issues while PrePROD to PROD environment By default I believe media files are not included in versioning/staging. You might check your site settings in the Site Manager and ensure media files are selected.

Hello,

How large is the file? If it is an size issue please take a look at this document.

How was the file added to the CMS? If it is a media library file please take a look at this document.

Also, if the file was not added through the UI, the staging task was not created, so the file cannot be synchronized.
