The documentation link was supposed to be for
this document, I apologize for the incorrect link. Have you tried restarting to see if it resolves the issue? There may be an issue with the running service. If possible, please restart and send us a screenshot from the Services menu as
shown here.
As for the e-mail issues, when you try to send from
Site Mgr>Administration>Email Queue>Send Emails what happens? Are there any errors recorded in
Site Manager > Administration > Event Log? The e-mails may remain in the queue if the SMTP server was busy and they failed to send; those e-mails are not resent automatically to avoid infinite loops. However, you could create a
custom scheduled task that uses the API (
CMS.Newsletter.EmailQueueManager.SendAllEmails() ) to resend all e-mails including failed emails.
