The BluePay gateway you mention is not part of the built-in Payment Methods, it must be a third party plugin. I would suggest contacting its developers and ask for documentation about its capabilities.

Usually, the Payment Gateway will have Order status settings, which determine what status should the order be set to when the payment has succeeded or failed, you can set your custom status there.
