Hi,

Thank you for your message.

Sure. You can enable the e-mail queue if you go to Site manager -> Settings -> System -> E-mails.

There you need to check the Enable e-mail queue property. Also make sure you have the correct site selected in the upper left menu.

Hi,

Thank you for your message.

What do you mean? When you click on the E-mails section in the left menu you can see the Enable e-mail queue property in the right side of the page. You might need to check off the "Inherit from global settings" or choose the appropriate item in the site drop down menu.

Ensure you have selected the "global" site in the upper left corner of the page. My guess is you've selected your individual site.
