I notice something odd today with my kentico. Kentico is inserting anchor tags and i am sure i did insert them see snippet below:

<div class="container">
<a> </a>
<div class="row-fluid">
<div class="row-fluid footer_button clearfix">
</div>
</section>

Where are those anchor tags coming from. I would appreciate any help. Its throwing off my css. Thanks in advance
