Hi Gitesh,

Could you please tell us how the preview links looks like?

The available transformation you may use are listed here , especially in the Document links and URLs section.

Even though this was mage for version 6, it more or less all applies to the newest version as well.

Hi,

It makes no sense why would you do that - then it is not necessary to use workflows at all.

Anyway, you need to create a custom function for the transformation and implement the logic on your own - you can check the "Preview link" button code in the user interface and take inspiration from there.
