Member	esolutions - 5/14/2013 4:00:46 PM collaboration feature Hi, I was wondering if it was possible for two users to work on the same document at once in Kentico like they can in SharePoint. Or is the process one person checks it out, works on it, checks it back in. Once it's checked back in then the other person can work on the same document?

Hi,

For this purpose you can use User contribution module, which will allow users upload documents and then users can edit this uploaded document. For more information please see http://devnet.kentico.com/docs/devguide/index.html?sharepoint_overview.htm

For more details take a look at the Dev Guide -> User contributions and especially the Security section where you can set permissions of the Web Part. Best regards, Martin Danko
