Chat webservice is not available at the moment

I have just installed kentico on my local windows 8 (iis8) pc, created site using social network template. Site is accessible , i can login, read forums and etc, but chat page is not working.
I got this issue when try to visit chat page (ex. http://localhost/Kentico/Chat.aspx)
Chat webservice is not available at the moment.

Hello,

Could you please try navigating to CMS Site Manager -> System, Clear Cache and Restart application? If that does not help, could you please provide me with the following information?

Does this happen for public as well as logged in user? Is the user global administrator? Can you see any errors in CMS Site Manager -> Administration -> Event Log? Have you made any modification to the chat settings either in CMS Site Manager -> Settings -> Community -> Chat or CMS Desk -> Tools -> Chat? Thank you for the additional information.

Hi,

Cleared cache and restarted app but it does not solve the problem. In event log after those actions i found only one error message:

[SchedulingExecutor.ExecuteTask]: Cannot load the provider class 'CMS.WebAnalytics.HitLogProcessor' from the assembly 'CMS.WebAnalytics'

I have not done any changes to the chat module or site (clear installation). Only what i did was that i created first site without any template and then removed it completely, after that the second one was created using social network template.

Additional information: Found in chrome developer tools (scripts section) an issue when i try access chat page, the resource "http://localhost/Kentico/CMSModules/Chat/CMSPages/ChatService.svc/js" Failed to load resource the server responded with a status 404 (Not found).

Moreover i got and issue when accessing service like that http://localhost/Kentico/CMSModules/Chat/CMSPages/ChatService.svc
HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found
The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the extension configuration. If the page is a script, add a handler. If the file should be downloaded, add a MIME map.

Do you remember receiving any errors when you first installed the site? Did not notice any missing file errors? Regards, Josef Dvorak

Both services are there, but i believe the issue is related to WCF http activation, I turned on the http activation in programs and features but suddenly all sites hosted under iis stopped working at all. Roll back this option does not help me. Eventually no sites are working anymore. Guess i need to reinstall iis maybe and then try to activate wcf for it.
