I cannot get the "e-mail" tab on the "insert link" pop-up (wysiwyg editor) to show for my Desktop Administrator. I can see it when logged in as Global Admin but not when logged in as Desktop Administrator.

Does anybody know where this is controlled... I've gone through Site Manager > Administration > UI Personalization but can't seem to find anything that would control that.
