Hi

Is there anyway to DISABLE "order created notification" ONLY for customers?

I want the admin to still receive this email.

Hi,

The easiest solution seems to be to just rename the e-mail template "E-commerce - Order notification to customer" (only code name change is necessary) which is used for notifying customers about their orders. You can do it in Site Manager -> Administration -> E-mail templates.

Hi,

From what I understand this will work because the template codename is in the code the suppose to send out the email.

Wont this cause any issues?
Will this show up as error in eventlog?

Hi Adam,

It should not cause any more issues. Before sending an e-mail, the system checks if an e-mail template it is trying to use to send an e-mail exists. If it does not find it, the e-mail is just not sent.
