I have a cloned template that I have used for several site. Generally I take the base template and modify it based on need, in this case I am using a uni-view with custom query to display media contacts.

Problem I am having is the first version of this page used a repeater and now the webparts will randomly appear an disappear in the design view. Not sure what would cause this, I have cleared my cache and closed and reopened the browser, etc.

Any one else ever experience this is the design view?
