Yeah, this is surely possible. It however depends how you would like to approach this. You could create dependent fields which would mean that you would hide/show certain fields based on their condition. So if e.g. if you had a drop down form control and selected size M you would show colors another field with given available colors.

This has a disadvantage of having multiple fields -> each for any combination of colors which might not be good for you.

Another option is a little more advanced and that is to create your own form control and along with dependancy you would load appropriate colors.
