Problem in subscription in banner category

Problem in subscription in banner category:-
My work around:-

I have created the subscription for auto email feature to get the information about "number of clicks and impression". For testing purpose i have configured subscription to get me an email after every minute. But in dashboard i am getting error "Email failed" for the email id that i have mentioned.

Is the subscription is OOB or i need to do some custom code for that?

Help me out!!! Thanks

but i have already created the Subscription. if it is license problem then it should not allow me to create the subscription. In dashboard i am getting following status:-

Banner hits and clicks - Hourly repor... : Subject
Neelesh.Malvi@ingrammicro.com : To
Normal: Priority
Failure sending mail.: Error Message
2/6/2014 6:23:53 AM: Last send attempt
Waiting: Status

Hello,

Please check the event log for any errors and test the SMTP server under Site Manager > Administration > System > E-mail to see if the issue is in the server. If the server is working correctly, please following the documentation for troubleshooting e-mails and let us know what you find.
