Hi,

is Windows authentication still a requirement to use WebDav?

I'm asking because in SharePoint it is not mandatory

Hello Luca,

Yes, it's stilll a requirement and you can find in listed in the Developers Guide: WebDAV - Requirements and limitations.

Hi Luca,

I have consulted it with our development team responsible for WebDAV and unfortunately, nothing will change in the version 8.

On the other hand, if you want to see any changes in the feature version of Kentico, you can suggest it and also other users will be able to vote for it (more users = higher priority), on the special page: UserVoice
