The issue is to do with text/XML transformations. They are saved as text/XML on dev and when we do an export and import it onto test, there is an error that is appearing on the screen that we have only seen before if an ascx transformation has text/xml syntax within it. When we go into sys-test and save the transformation (without making any changes) the error goes away on sys-test. However, as soon as the transformations (and other global objects) are imported, the error reappears. Very strange.
