Unfortunately we dont have such webpart, but you could customize the current webparts to accomplish such idea. You could create a custom table where you would store keywords and count of this keyword. Then in code behind of the search webpart you would store this keyword in the custom table and altered its count if it was searched before.

Then you could easily use e.g. some repeaters in order to display the most searched keywords. Would this approach work for you ? Feel free to ask if you have some questions.
