Can't save in CMSDesk
Hi.


I can't save content when on the Page tab in CMSDesk. The buttons look disabled but do work on some pages. This is a show stopper and means we are unable to use Kentico. There is no custom javascript. One page that isn't working has your register control on it.

Does anyone know what might be happening?

Hello,

This could be an issue with the security settings, if you turn on the Security Debug, can you see anything that is denying permissions for your user? Is this an issue for all users including Global Admin?

If that doesn't seem to be the issue, please try to use FireBug to cehck for any errors on that page and let us know what you find.

I only have the save problem when the register web part is on the page. So I can uncheck visible and I can save.

Hi,

I have just added the register Web part to a page in my system and I am able to use CMS Desk without any issues. Would it be possible to confirm which hotfix the instance in question is running? Also, have you made any changes to the Web part?

Please use FireBug to determine what is causing this issue. It will more than likely show a jQuery error in the Console window.

If the issue persists, would it be possible to send us an export of the Web part to support@kentico.com?
