using marketing online in webparts

hi guys,

i have a case from my client.
the client has implemented online marketing and added rule for visitor, so he get all scoring from the visitor like what he want.

the problem is, i want to show them in webparts.
i want to make smart content webparts for visitor.
this webparts will generate list of document based on visitor score.

do you have any idea?
