You need to modify the UI Personalization for all the roles your content editors are in. You can find it under CMS Site Manager>Administration>UI personalization. In this module, select the Editor tab (top), select your site, select the role and expand the View modes and uncheck the Source checkbox.

You will have to do this for every role in the dropdown list.
