hi guys,

i want to limiting file size when user administrator uploading file in editor.

i was read here to limiting file size

but its looks like limiting file when you are in form section. i want to limiting in design section in text editor.

the goal what i want to archived is when someone uploaded file above 300kb, the system (workflow) will hold the process and notify the super admin.

do you have any idea?
