I seem to be having a few issues with attachements in 6.0.14

1. Attaching files doesn't seem to work right. If I attach a new file, it often gets uploaded at 0bytes. I then click the edit button and it says the image is an invalid format. If I click update and reupload the same image it then gets the correct byte size and displays in the Edit image.

2. If I place the attachments list web part on my page (which I did for a test) and uncheck the checkmark to display text if no data is on the page - I get: No data found - even though I have an image attached to the page.

3. I am using a direct link the image in a img src tag. When I am viewing the site as myself the image shows. If I am not logged in the image does not show and access is denied to that link. I already checked that no permissions are required to view that page and I even explicitly added read permission to that page to public user.
