Can't modify or copy document (as if it was duplicated)

I found a rather strange bug while copying documents to other languages. It's as if my document was duplicated in the same culture. It appears only one time in the Tree view, but appears 2 times in my menu (one in French, one in English)!

Here are 2 screenshots:

What the menu looks like (notice the double apparition of Program when there is only one in the tree view):

When I tried to copy it:

I checked the database and seems like there are 3 entries for the same page for the French culture.

I finally tried a risky method and deleted the 2 last occurrences of the document in the CMS_Document table. Seems like it fixed the problem. Just wanted to inform you guys about this weird bug.

Hi,

That's strange.

Could you please specify the build number (or hotfix number) of the KenticoCMS you are using?
Could you please try to reproduce the issue with the latest hotfix, and if it can be reliably reproduced, send us the exact steps? Could you recall an exact action that caused the documents duplication?
