How would I show an applied volume discount?

Well, I'm not sure if I understand your question. The volume discount is automatically calculated when multiple items are added to the shopping cart and the discounted price is displayed in the cart.

Well, You allow a volume discount on an item, but at check there is no obvious display of :

SubTotal: 150.00
Discounts: (-20.00)
Total: 130.00

OK, I get it now. We will consider this for the next versions. The nearest version will contain a dialog explaining the calculation process with all discounts, taxes, etc. applied for the given order, so it may be helpful.
