Blogs
The ability to create blogs via module like forums, and also programmatically for logged in users as part of member service.

Blogs should support tagging, categories, pingbacks, trackbacks, captchas to avoid spamming, and have themeable/skinable look and feel.

Ability to post via email and integration with popular blog writing tools such as Word 2007 and Windows Live Writer by standardising on Metadata API.

Thank you for your message. We do plan to add blogs in some of the nearest versions. However, they will be rather basic at the beginning and evolve during the next releases.

I think Blogs are now a module. Do such modules get updated individually or only when the main CMS product updates?
