localization help
Hi all,

I'm new and a bit stuck,

There are two cultures for the site English and Spanish, it is a portal page, and some translation was needed, created / copied page over the English to Spanish which then works great.

The problem is that the links to this page now only point to the English language version even when the page pointing to it is set to the Spanish language version. Use language prefix for URLs is ticked the link for instance would be href="/aPage/myListings" any ideas?

Thanks in Advance

Deci.

RE:localization help
Hello Deci,

Could you please describe how exactly are you creating a link?

Does the linked page exist in both cultures?

Best Regards,

Note sure I am saying this correctly but I will give it a go

The page with the link from what I can see is just a portal page with static text webparts and the link is within one of these. The page with the link exists is both cultures as does the linked to page.

RE:localization help
Hi Deci,

Do you have any website where I can see this behaviour? What are the URLs in both languages? Are they the same? If you are using the language prefixes they should be, so this could be the problem in this case.
