We have a document type we would like to use on more than one site on the same Kentico installation, but we have separate templates for each site. (We're using Kentico v6 EMS license)

Hi,

You will need to use custom tree node handler in which you will check the current site and the type of the currently created document and assign appropriate page template.

I am sorry for this inconvenience. I have already submitted a requirement to our developers to at least allow macros for given setting.
