checking server availability fails
i have 3 servers for web farm.

i have followed all instructions to to configure web farm appropriately, add the app settings, create scheduled tasks and still my one server's media files is not synching with the others. also, the licensing is in order.

i noticed that when i look to check the server availability for the servers configured in web farm, it returns an error. 503.

the web farm servers are behind a load balancer and i think that may be the issue. also, the load balancer requires a port. so i have had to append the root server url IP address with port : 8085.

any suggestions on how to debug this?

RE:checking server availability fails
Hello,

The web farm servers URLs should point directly to the server. I do not understand the load balancer part. Are you pointing to them via the load balancer? From the 503 message it seems you are pointing to a server that does not listen on given URL or there is something in the way - e.g. a firewall.

Could you please describe your environment and setup in more details?

Best regards,
