Trouble with Extensionless URLS on CMS6 + IIS7
I followed the instructions here:

http://devnet.kentico.com/docs/devguide/index.html?configuration_of_extensionless_urls.htm

to setup exentionless URLs but after making the changes its still not working. I get a blank page(i havent setup custom 404 yet so thats expected).

CORRECTION:

This is the behavior as is after following guide:
the page im testing with is:
http://site.domain.com/section/home.aspx - works
http://site.domain.com/section/home - works

But the behavior i was is being able to navigate to:
http://site.domain.com/section
and have CMS give me the 'default doc' for that section.

i hope this clarifies my initial question. thanks! :)

RE:Trouble with Extensionless URLS on CMS6 + IIS7
Hello,

I am not sure what you mean by the 'default doc' for that section. Using your example I’m guessing that “section” is a folder instead of a page, since you want to redirect this URL to a page within this location. If this is the case you can create a physical folder in the root of your domain and place a redirect file with code will create a redirect when accessed. Then in the CMS Desk you can select your folder and set the URL redirection property in Properties --> Menu --> URL to the newly created redirect file.

Best Regards,
