securing the cmsDesk and CMSSiteManager
Hello
I was advised to insinrer the tag < META NAME = "robots" CONTENT = "noindex, nofollow" > on the page : logon.aspx to prevent robots indexing the pages, side Admin.

My question is: is this sufficient on this single page or have to do on all pages in the directory CMSSiteManager and CMSDesk?
thank you for you help and have a good day for anyone here !

RE:securing the cmsDesk and CMSSiteManager
Hello.

Well, when you want to place this tag into all Portal engine pages, then proper place is in CMSPages/PortalTemplate.aspx. For all templates (pages) based on physical aspx pages, you can place that code into their physical master page file.

For UI pages it is like this. For Site Manager pages you can place it into /CMSSiteManager/default.aspx and for CMSDesk pages into /CMSDesk/Default.aspx.

Best Regards,
