Hi, i have a Kentico site running on a cloud hosing service that gives me the usual access to a file manager... but obviously they do not give me access to a desktop to use KIM. So is there any way i can apply a hotfix to my site without having to install it locally and re-upload it?

Also while i am asking a installation related question, What is the standard way to go about a initial installation for cloud hosted sites (the one i used happened to have Kentico as one of their "One click scripts" so i just used that). But in the past i have used the Kentico Installation Manager on a remote desktop.
