Hi,

Do you mean you have a red status icon next to News page? Additionally, do you want to publish them or unpublish them?

You can set Publish from: and Publish to: properties of each one of the news you have in Form tab. So if you want them to stay unpublished, you can set the Publish from: property to a date in the future.

If it is inside a transformation, I would create a custom transformation function. In the code of this function you will check the date - and according to your rule, you will or will not display the icon. Best regards, Juraj Ondrus
