This can be done in two steps:
1) You need to set your IIS to redirect all request from the old domain to the new one with entire relative path.
Here is an approach, how to do it.
or
You can set this only through the Site Manager as it is described
here.
2) You need to also set old relative paths as
document aliases to documents on your new domain.
