Error 404 page redirection not working
My Kentico set is http://takeachallenge.org/. I have done following settings:

Now, when i tried http://takeachallenge.org/asasds.apsx, page is not redirected.

Please check also your web.config if it is configured properly according to: Configuring custom error pages.
