I am not sure we have such a web part for “banner management” out-of-the-box, however we have such a module on our Marketplace. It is called “Banner Management ” and it provides means to create, manage and display advertisements or other content in the form of banners. It also allows you to monitor statistics, namely hits and clicks. I believe this is basically what you want, right?
