SMTP server
i have hosting in ipage
and i have emails on that server
the email info is
Username: no-reply@mysite.com
SMTP Server: performanceassistanc.ipage.com

when i try to send email from Administration>>System>>Email
SMTP server: performanceassistanc.ipage.com
SMTP user name: no-reply@mysite.com
SMTP password: no-reply@mysite.com"pass"

From: no-reply@mysite.com
to ahmad.mai@edata-tc.com

and i send it , it show

Failure sending mail.
can you help me?

Can you please navigate to Site Manager / Administration / Event log section and see if there is any related record with additional details about why it failed? Thank you.
