Email delivery via BizForm and Administration > E-mail queue > Send e-mail
Hi,

We have setup a Kentico CMS v6.0.4297 instance with FREE edition.

We have correctly setup our SMTP server and hence are able to receive a test email from Administration > System > E-mail.

However, for some unknown reason we are not getting any emails delivered via BizForm or test email from Administration > E-mail queue > Send e-mail.

We even disabled e-mail queue option to by pass email queue, without any luck.
Event log does not have any entry suggesting an issue with email delivery. The Send queued e-mails scheduled task is running fine as well.

Can anyone please help us here.

Any direction or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

First, could you please apply the latest hotfix for Kentico CMS 6.0, because there were a few bugs related to sending emails.

Moreover, please make sure that you specified correct SMTP credentials.

Can you see those emails in the Email queue waiting for being sent?

What is the value of the Application scheduler interval property [Site manager -> Settings -> System -> Application scheduler interval].

The issue got resolved after we recycled the Kentico application pool.
