jquery content slider
I'm stuck, and a bit frustrated. The jquery content slider webpart isn't working in Internet Explorer 7 when we iFrame the content into our larger SAP driven system. We're using our Kentico instance as an employee engagement and new delivery intranet, and some of our legacy systems won't allow many of our users to upgrade beyond the browser beyond IE7.

We have the noConflict accounted for, and the slider works as expected in all browsers when not iFramed even IE7. I tried getting the noConflict inserted on the "host" page of the iFrame, so that it would load sooner, but that didn't work. I didn't really have high hopes since the usual conflict with Kentico needs to be resolved after Kentico resets the variables.

Other jquery elements on the page, like the navigation work fine, and even a custom image slider.

RE:jquery content slider
Hello,

Does the iFrame have a width defined? IE7 does not support width=100% for iFrames so please try specifying a width in pixels or removing it completely.

Also, please try Tools -> Internet Options -> Security Tab -> Custom Level for security zone. Scroll down about 75%, you should find the 'Launching programs and files in an IFrame' option, select 'Enable'. This should allow Iframes to show up. This setting is enabled by default in IE6 but not in 7.

Additionally, if all else fails, please try to use this iFrame on a page with no stylesheets or scripts to see if the results is the same.

Regards,
Sandro
