Regrettably, the current implementation of content rating enables users to rate only content of the currently displayed document. So, it is not possible to use multiple content ratings web part on one page and it does not make sense as it is designed to rate only the current document. It really depends on what you would like to accomplish, so here are some ideas that might help you if read them. The content rating can be displayed in the transformation: Displaying ratings in transformations. You can use Polls module to create, edit and publish polls on your websites: Polls overview.

If none of these options helps you, could you please describe your request in a little more detail and especially, what content you would like to let user rate.
