Forgot Password: What kind of forgot password functionality is supported by Kentico, from what I see in the Kentico dev guide, there are two ways

a. User is sent a new password in an email

b. User is sent a link to reset the password (no password in email) , and when the user clicks through the link , he is taken to the change password page.

What I am not sure is whether the password sent in the first approach is a temporary password and the user is forced to change the password when he logs into the system. Could you explore this.
