Is there somewhere to restrict what countries to ship to except editing the "main" country list? As of now, I am forced to ship to any country who's countrycode have ever been used in the system, as it then can not be deleted from the main list because of referential integrity rules.

I can always write a custom CountrySelector.ascx, but i kind of hoped I would not need to.
