I am using user contributions module , i have cloned the columns of user contribution module as per custom document field names created.

i am trying the search the custom document fileds names created

unfortunately i am not able to do this

do you follow the documentation? User contributions overview

Why do customize the User contribution module? What is your goal?

If you select the document type and an alternative form, if you need, you will get the form to edit/insert any custom document type.
