Media Queries with css

I have a responsive site that I am developing and it works fine on my local copy but the one that is running off a server is having issues.

What I was wondering was could there be something in kentico that is making it so my media queries would not work.

the site is here http://173.203.24.234:8002/home.aspx

and here is a link to how it should work. (when you scale the browser you should see it re-size properly.)

It's probably something stupid that I am over looking but both pages are using the same javascript and css files.

Have you managed to fix the issue or find the cause? Optionally, more details about where do you reference the scripts in Kentico CMS would be helpful, together with any other related info. We had only upgraded to 6.0 from 5.5 When we upgraded to the latest hotfix it seemed to fix the issue. I believe it had something to do with the getresources file
